This photo is labelled "Birmingham School Board Violin School". Looks about early 1900s. I think it's unlikely there was a school specifically for violin teaching and think it's more likely a group of young violin players from across Birmingham Board schools. Also I just can't imagine a school of this period having that many violins! Any ideas of location? Or any further information about the school/group welcome. Viv.
