I would really appreciate any help.

Harriet Viner born abt 1845 in Dudley.
I know she also had a sister
Amelia Viner probably 2 years older than Harriet.

Their fathers name was
Edward Viner.

IGI has a marriage of Edwin Viner, fathers name Robert to Harriet Hadley.
21st January 1839 St. thomas,Dudley.
This is a submitted entry but is borne out by the BMD records

On looking at it I think its Columbrian Place. There is a court marked between 47 and 48 in the 1873 kellys, and this is presumably that court

Oh my goodness me.
