Unsual name , I wonder if anyone else has that surname, and where did it originate?:)
 
Emily Sarah Village was born 28 April 1849 to Joseph and Harriet nee Colleycut

There are a few Villages in Birmingham at the time who are undoubtedly connected
 
Samuel Village born 1852 father John Village married Mary Ann Sanders 1850-1874. at St Marks Birmingham on the 7/7/1873.. 2nd marriage for Samuel Village to Annie Spurgin (1865-1917. Married at Christchurch Soarkbrook 24/4/1882 witnessed by William and Jane Village it records Samuel was a widower. Annie Village née Spurgin married Edward Matthews ( 1866-1909 ). At St Jude 28/9/1884 . Annie died 17/2/1917. Not my family directly
