Not much chance of representing England at Football and Cricket today but Andy Ducat achieved the level of excellence in both sports whilst a Villa player. Captain of the 1920 Cup Final winner's side. He had a particular liking for Warwickshire bowling whilst playing for Surrey 1920 -104 n.o. 1921 -131
1926- 130 n.o 1927- 166 1928- 179 n.o 1930- 104 n.o 1931- 125 His career run total amounted to over 23, 000 from 1909 to 1931. He sadly died
on the field whilst batting at Lords 23071942 Link up soon WAK
