Hi. I'm trying to find some information on what I believe was called Vals DIY store in Birmingham in the 1980s. My partner said he worked there as a teenage as his first job and I'm arranging a surprise party for him in the style of This Is Your Life so I would love to get some information on the shop and it would be amazing if I could get in touch with his old boss for some stories. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
