Unknown house

This Cabinet Card is from Fletcher Bros of Birmingham and Bromsgrove. From a site devoted to identifying unknown photos. It is probably not Birmingham, though someone has suggested Wellington Road, but just in case anyone knows it . I have intensified the original to make it clearer.

wellington road was only a suggestion...there was/still is houses like that all over birmingham so unless we get a definate match it could have been taken anywhere...

Unusual style of window; very tall with arched top and pretty low window sills. The window bars are very slim and I think they open outwards or inwards. Could be wrong, but I don't think this style of window was especially common in major towns.

First impression: It reminds me of a seaside/holiday villa. Reasons: white rocks around the shrubs, venetian blinds (although many victorians had these to protect the furniture fabric from sunlight), casement windows opening outwards or inwards to let in more fresh air. Perhaps it was somewhere over Bromsgrove way - a villa to relax in, recuperate in the clean air.

All guesswork.
