Astonite, that photo looks like two teams the left is waring a different strip from the right. I would say its 1930's judging by the ladies clothes in the middle.
 
Thankyou Wendy, I never even noticed (old age and being slightly puddled) I would Imagine that someone on the forum will know the answer,they always come up with the goods!
