Hi,I can give you details from 1945,if that's any help?
There is a William C Tilson is at 77 Ashbrook Road in 1945,together with Constance M Tilson and Charles and Gladys Asbury.
A William Tilson at 95 Tavistock Road in 1945,together with Samuel Anstey and Florence Newman.
A William Tilson is at 1, Phoenix Villas Varna Road in 1945 and again in 1950 with the addition of Helen Tilson and Mary P Tilson.
