Hi Florence I know it abt 6 yrs since u posted yr thread.Alfred Thompson was my 2x grt Uncle.I have done loads of research on this family and found them a very interesting and intelligent and wealthy family.Alfred William was a doctor and Herbert John was a Chemist so was most of his other siblings.
