Im looking to find a Thomas Hemming in the Warwickshire Trade Directory. From 1841-1871 he was a Cabinet Case Maker. Can anyone help me.

Thomas is not listed in the 1841 or 1845 birmingham directories, but:

1849 Whites Dir. Hemming Thos., cabinet mkr., 34, Warner street
1855 PO Dir. Hemmimg Thomas 2 court, Russell St
1858 Dix Dir, Hemming Thos., cabinet and guncase mkr,ct 2, Russell st; h, Green In
1862 Corpor. Dir. Hemming Thos., cabinet maker, Upper Priory; h, Green In
No mention in 1867, 68 or 72 directories
Note there was another (well presumably another) thomas who was a beer retailer around 1851-55

Thats great Mikejee, I didnt realise so much info was available. Is the information for Whites available to view on the internet?

The Whites's 1849 Birmingham directory is on the internet archive at https://www.archive.org/details/birminghamhistor00whitrich. this is the only Birmingham directory (I know of) which is on the internet
