that was another grand pub and a very busy and hustling pub seven days aweek
packed with the dominoes players on every table in the house when you walked pass you would hear the old dominoes being slammed down on the table one think for sure you could always get a joint to smoke at half a crown in those days to buy ; 2/6d
good old pub ;good old days as one or two of our members may recall as they lived right by the pub ; and used it no names mentioned sorry

i most certainly look foreward to seeing them have you got one of the old wind mill pub dudley rd
and one of the big one that was across from the M;B Brewery cape hill called the cape of good hope from way back in the fifties
it was next to the old grove picture house and i beleive now its a macdonalds take away ;
