hi all....as there are a few members who recall the unity i thought i would let you know that its looking like it will be closing...
as some of you know my brother and my dad have played dominos for them for some years now...
the domino team will not fold however as plans are in place for their home base to be run from the globe pub..blews street..
unfortunately it looks like dad who has been in hospital for 10 weeks now following a major stroke will not be able to play again...but as he was born in the globe over 80 years ago i thought it a nice fitting touch...
i will keep you informed of any changes regarding the club...
