i fear for the union pub. went past yesterday and its up for sale. just hope it dont end up like so many others have. this was taken last year. wales.

Its Sad To See It Go I Lived Four Doors From It And It Was My Local For
Many A Year I Have Had Some Laughs In There A Great Bunch Of Guys Freqented
The Place And A Good Fishing Club , But Eventualy In Time It Was Expected

another pic of the union taken in the good old days..long since sold and beyond recognition now... just happened to be on one of my walks around yesterday and noticed that the locks on the side gate had been bust off and there in full view was the mens old urinals...not that i have a fetish for them lol but they ARE part of our pub history which we are now losing at a great speed so here are a few pics of them..would imagine they wont be there much longer..just an aside...i took pics a couple of years back of the urinals at the back of the trees pub hockley hill..they have now been demolished
