just heard it on the grapevine that the union has been bought and the plans are to turn it into some sort of school or leaning place...thats the second pub in the space of a few weeks thats going to end up like this:(

Oh dear yet another pub but at least this one is going to be put to some use by the sound of it and not just boarded up. Jean.
 
i surpose thats the one saving grace jean although astonian (alan) will be saddened...if memory serves me right the union used to be his local..:rolleyes:
