The Sinaries Castle Bromwich

The will of Isaak Sadler dated 1738 mentions what looks like,The Sinaries in Castle Bromwich.
Does anyone know what or where the Sinaries is?

Intriguing - it certainly looks like the Sinaries. It will be hard to trace that far back.
Looking at Castle Bromwich records there seem to be a number of baptisms. marriages and deaths for Sadler in that area. Unfortuately that far back records don't tend to give anything other than names.
