The Golden Cup, 26 Willenhall Street, Darlaston

Nodrogw

knowlegable brummie
I know that this is not strictly Birmingham, but wondered if anyone could give me any information about this pub, and whether there are any photographs of it in existence.

In 1940 the licensee was John William Jacobs. At that time (and before) it was a beerhouse, with just a beer licence.

Hitchmough's black country pubs lists the following landlords:

John Bennett 1923-1926

James William Jacobs 1931-1946

The licence was surrendered 1st February 1956
