Below is a photo of the premises of the Direct Manilla Cigar Company, attributed to being in Birmingham. The company id mentioned in the cutting of 26th April 1906 as being in John Bright St. However neither the 1904, 1905 or 1908 Kellys list it in that street or elsewhere in the city. W.H.Newman Ltd, tobacconists are at 108, in all three directories and Fishers Ltd, tobacconists, are at 119 in the 1904 direc

1905 and 1908 Kelly's have them at 57 City Arcades (listed in commercial section).

Oh dear. I did look in the commercial section of the 1904, but must have just looked in John Bright St with the others. It was late at night

In 1906 it is probably known as the Manilla Cigar Co. Who had a premises in John Bright Street.
