The Cycle Arch

Heartland

There was a royal visit to Birmingham where a cycle arch was erected.

The Birmingham Cycle Trade was then an important employer, but where and when was the arch erected?

Newspaper article July 8th 1909 Birmingham Daily Gazette. Quite a long rticle but I am posting the relevant bits. The writing on the photo suggests New Street.
