The Cup - New John Street West

My ancestor Henry Lee is named here in 1895 and 1896. I think it is no 399 New John Street. I do not find anything on a pub called The Cup. If anyone can shed light that would be marvellous.
 
1891 census lists it as Cup Inn and it's listed close to court 48. This map from 1890 has no numbers and the Cup Inn isn't marked but no's 410 & 411 are the houses listed after court 48 and then it jumps to Cup Inn (399). Somewhere in the region of the green line maybe...

This is fantastic. Thank you for the info and for the map. Really makes things real when you can locate people and a place. May I ask what Map you are using?
