Sutton Coldfield area maisonettes

Does anyone know if there are maisonettes identical to those in Wilkinson Close Sutton Coldfield anywhere else in the surrounding area, maybe Streetly ,Oscott etc
Used to spend weekends there in the late 1960's/early 1970. Seem to remember having to walk across grass up a path up to flat

My parents lived in a maisonette for a short time in the early 70s. I think it was near Maney Hill

I think there are some in Four Oaks, Harland Road springs to mind. Probably some on Falcon Lodge too.

Thank you Four Oaks looks promising. Certainly helped me to put the brain into gear and try yet again to form a picture of where the flat might have been !

Some of the flats at Sutton Court (corner of Lichfield Road and Little Sutton Lane) are maisonettes.
