Streeter family

CherylA

proper brummie kid
Is anyone researching the Streeter family who lived in the Ladywood area?
My grandmother was Daisy Streeter (1889 - 1949). She had brothers and sisters Harry, Charles Unni, Nellie Matilda, Sarah, James and Ethel born 1878 - 1896, also two half brothers Albert G Haynes (b 1871) and William Haynes (b 1876) who seems to have taken the Streeter name.
I'd be really interested to hear from anyone connected to the family.

Hi Cheryl,

If any of your STREETERs are related to Arthur & Edith STREETER of Ladypool Road, who had sons Kenneth, John & Stanley, then do get a copy of "The Colours of the Day" by Patricia A Chapman - now out of print, but obtainable from World of Books on eBay.
