Is there a list of existing and removed grave memorials in the churchyard of St. Paul's Church, St. Paul's Square, Birmingham?

I am searching for the existence of a grave memorial(s) for:

James Dixon, buried 18 Dec 1831 (husband)
Jane Dixon, buried 2 Feb 1820 (wife)

[5 x Great Grandson of above]
 
I think BMSGH have done them and they are in the Library. Perhaps someone who goes regularly will look for you.
