St Martin Baptism and Marriage records

Hi, I am struggling to find the birth/baptism records for Richard Lippitt the IGI lists it as 1799 and on the 1841 census is age is 40. I also cannot find any records of his first marriage to Ann? ~ Ann was buried 10 July 1842 in St Martin Worcester.

Can you help please
