I saw this in Leamington Spa on Monday 1st May. Looks like a Harley but in Right Hand Drive spec?

There was the remains of a Harley Badge near the Nacelle but I am not convinced it belonged there. Unfortunately the photo I thought I took of it is not on the memory card.

Paul I have added a close up of the nacelle and tank. Note the state of the pillion seat - not to be recommended.

Hi Lloyd - I have added the best I have but it is incomplete.

glad you got all the details bernie, I thought my ID was a little speculative but I have a photo in the "Kraftfahrzuge und Pannzer" by oswald of all WW2 vehicles and it looks pretty much the same.

Fairly simple, its a WLA Harley Davidson. The WW II Military Harley. Thousands of them made, most are in the European Theatre countries, Large numbers survive. Often seen with screen ans leather apron, tommy gun holster on Fork Legs. Can't tell you what make the sidecar is without details. Military Vehicle Clubs exist with good registers. That help?

Cheers P.
