I am looking for information on anyone who has family interests in William Southwell B1852 in Halesowen and his son Charles who were living Bloomfield Street, Short Cross, Halesowen. Thanks

Hi Carolina, my maternal Grandfather was George Southwell. He was adopted by Edwin Robert Southwell 1871 - 1926 m Elizabeth Rebecca Carrington. Edwin's parents were William Southwell b 1839 and Maria Savage b 1841

Hi David, from my mother I inherited a Primitive Methodist Hymnbook and inside the cover are the names William Southwell Dec 11 1870 and Charles southwell with the address as shown on my post. I dont know why my mother had this book, looking at the genealogy forum I can see within that family there are Hacketts and Willetts which I have in my family tree. I was just trying to find out whether there was a connection. I am quite happy to pass this rather old hymn book onto them.

Hi carolina,

I have a william but he was born 1857 - a Brummie - hopefully A Cousin, but my tree is not that far advanced - sorry!

(Key Hill) Brian Southwell
