Did your dad cut your hair because the barber was to dear. Mine did. He had a couple of pairs of proper clippers, two different sizes, a decent comb and a good pair of scissors. He used to cut our hair regularly and he was quite good at it.

Stitch, he only did it once... I looked like the village idiot afterwards. My mom did her nut.

I was once asked by a barber if I wanted "Something for the weekend, Sir?"
I said "Yes, you can come and cut the lawn, please - it needs a trim!"
Barbers have no sense of humour, do they?

Lloyd, that sort of comment is alright on the way out but it would be foolish to say that sort of thing as he starts to cut your hair.

I stopped going after that day, I came out too often as a redhead - coloured with my blood! I think the chap was nearly blind, he often nipped someone's ear or cut their neck.

Lloyd, I had two brothers and dad cut our hair until we were getting towards leaving school age. After that I started using Kents. Then when I got married my wife was a dab hand with the scissors and she has done it ever since.
