i hope im not out of order by what i am going to say on this forum. there are quiete a few people on this forum who are or know people who may be able to help each other with with things that they need doing and payment in kind could take place with barter or in kind. please let me know what you think of this idea. i wish not to offend any one on this forum with my idea, kind reguards sidwho
 
Sid please do not take offence but I am going to close this until the idea behind it has been explained (By PM to one of us) and we have had the chance to discuss it. My first concern would be how this would or could be administered fairly or at all.

I have certain skills but they are certainly not up to date with the latest regulations and techniques so it would not be wise to offer to carry out tasks for people.

Hello Sid, like Bernie has already said, please don't take offence but we are basically a History Forum, and for us to include too many " off topic " threads the site would ground to a halt.
Don't get me wrong, skill base a good idea but its just not for us.
