Shops opposite Small Heath Park in 1950s - help please

I think it is, as they are in front of the bandstand... with the pond behind the bandstand... I'm sure some one else will confirm, but looks very familiar

Hello Maria! I am trying to get to someone who may have photos from the 1950's of the shops then opposite small Heath Park. There was a TV and Radio shop 'Vision Developments', and then further along towards the city a shop sell in LP's, of course before CDs. And if you do a search for Coventry Road you'll find lots of photos scattered across various threads. Hopefully you'll get lucky, but it will mean trawling though quite a few threads. Viv.

If it's any help 'Vision Developments' was at 630 Coventry Road, between St. Oswald's Road & Dora Road
