This extract doesn't tell us where this hostel for girls who were working was located. It provided very necessary accommodation, at a small cost for women factory workers aged 14. Text isn't too easy to read, so I've altered it to the best I can.
I think Lyth died in 1921 and a tribute to her work was stated to be the Girls hostel known as Shaftesbury House, St Mary's Row.
