Seymour Terrace, sutton Street

I ahve relatives who were listed as living in 13 Seymour Tce, Sutton Street in 1903. Does anybody know if this was a boarding house or a small road/lane terrace off the main street?

They were later listed as living at 70 Sutton Street.

Seymour terrace is between nos 33 and 35 on the north side, and is one of the terraces marked in red, probably the one on the right, though i am not certain of which. No 70 is on the south side, and is one of the houses marked in blue

In 1912 William Tongue was at 13 Seymour Terrace, Sutton Street according to the electoral roll.
