I am trying to find out what building was on the junction of Serpentine road and Bournebrook road prior to 1967. The site now has two houses on it 2 and 2a Serpentine rd that were built in the 70s. Does anyone know what was there before. Thanks Grea

I have found that there was a house called York house on the site but can’t find anything about it and don’t know where to look, help needed. Grea

In the 1911 census the entry that seems to correspond to this is named Craven Lodge, on Bournbrook Road, and is occupied by a Thomas Ambrose, a ??? officer with customs & excise
