Safestorage High St Deritend?

What was the factory from 1970s where the current Safestorage Depot is located at High St Deritend?
Recall Bham Mail article from that time about it being haunted
 
The factory was part of Fisher & Ludlow they did a lot of large metal presswork in WW2 after they made Bendix Washing Machines under licence from the USA and stainless steel sinks, i had a sink from them circa 1968, i think the building was origionally the Bordesley Palace Theatre. Len.
