Greetings to all. I am looking for advice from members with knowledge of the history of these two Regiments or interaction beetween them.

I am researching William Neal Kempin who enlisted in the 3rd Royal Warwickshire Regiment on 2nd November 1895. He carried out four overseas postings and reached the rank of Sergeant and he completed at least four overseas, Malta, Bermuda, Gibralter and South Africa. Soometine Betwwon his last Posting to South Africa when he returned to the UK in 1907 and 1911 he appears to have transfered to the Gloucestershire Regiment. He appears on the 1911 Military Census as being a Sergeant in the Gloucesters.

Does anyone have any knowledge of movement of men between these two regiments.

Thanks
