I have two group photograps of units of the RAMC taken before their posting to Salonika 1917. The RAMC historian Reg Barrett-Cross told me they were quite a find, as not many photos were taken of the Salonika. I can find very little information on the fighting in Salonika, I will Post the pictures as soon as my better half can scan them. in the meantime can anyone recommend any books on the subject.thank you
Maggie

Maggie the subject on Salonika is vast and each regimental history will have books on the subject if they were there. I have a RWF History on the war with Salonika which covers it in great detail, but only for that regiment, so your best bet is the Regimental Museum of the RAMC if that is the Regiment you are interested in and they will advise you on what books to get ....
