Could anyone help me please i'm trying to find out what part of Southern Ireland Phylis Rossister (not sure if spelt right) was born 9th December 1925 mothers name Ann Speak.Thank's Irene

I've just checked Irish Genealogy.ie between 1925 and 1927 for Phyllis Rossiter (the normal spelling) and it has provided no results for either civil registration or from church records. Nothing on familysearch.org for your name & date either. Just for good measure, the latter site does not find a single instance of Ann Speak around that date either.

Thomas Rossiter married Annie S Speake, Aston December qtr 1911.
Thomas was registered Tom Rossiter in Birmingham in 1891 and died in 1931 age 40.
Annie Susan Speake was born Aston 1893.
Tom was the son of William Rossiter a mariner born Somerset and Elizabeth b Bilston
In 1911 Tom is living in Mount street Nechells with his mother and her second husband George Parr.
Annie Susan Speake was the daughter of Alfred and Annie both born in Shropshire in 1911 she is living with her widowed mother in Cromwell Street Nechells.
There appears to be no Irish connection.
UPDATE.
Just found your Irish connection William Rossiter married Elizabeth Harpin the daughter of George and Bridget, Bridget (Grealy) married 1860
Bridget on 1861/1871 says birthplace Corrach Ireland George died in 1875
Bridget Elizabeth Harpen (Harpin) father Abraham Grealy married Andrew Charles Smeed in 1880, St Judes. She died in 1886 age 41.Andrew CharlesSmeed died in 1889 age 32.

Additional information below from RAF service records of Tom Rossiter and baptism record for Anna Susanna Speke:

Tom born 01/12/1890 in Deritend. Served in Army 1914, then to RFC in 1917 and RAF in 1918.
Married 01/10/1911 at St Joseph RC, Longacre, Nechells.
Annie born 11/07/1893, baptised 30/07/1893 at St Joseph RC, Nechells

their children (as recorded in 1919)
Thomas born 05/02/1912 in Aston
Annie Elizabeth born 10/07/1913 in Aston
George Alfred born 03/04/1916 in Aston
Joseph William born 16/08/1917 in Nechells.
