This looks to me like a newly developed part of the road in 1938. Can't find where this would have been exactly, but obviously outside Birmingham. Maybe someone can identify it.

A nice Spring scene, when motoring must have been a pleasure.

Only a guess but maybe what is now B4120 between Hopwood and Alvechurch
