We're not far away

Very trendy now - Myself, Lyn, Maggie and the crew took a look (outside, it was packed) when we had our mini-meet a while ago. It's changed a bit from the scruffy pub I used to go in when working at Toye Kenning and Spencer a few doors away. Enjoy!

Enjoy your visit to the Red Lion Wendy. I remember when I was a child having to go to the outdoor at that pub, to take my stepmother's father's beer bottles back, and get him his bottles of beer. There used to be a back street bookies next door where my dad used to place his bet's.

We had a lovely time poped into Key Hill cemetery took a photo of my grandson by the family grave. Said hello to Key Hill Brian and then to The Red Lion. Had a lovely meal and Michael said the beer was excellent!!

Hi Charlie,

I used to sell textiles to Toye Kenning & Spencer Ltd, but only after they moved to Bedworth. I think Peter Jackman was my contact.

The Red Lion was always a good pub, my mates always used to get confused between it and the Brown Lion.

Big Gee
