Only just recognisable today, this shop is now part of a theatrical suppliers. Supplier of Teachers, Schweppes and Burgoynes as per window displays. Very attractive window displays. The front windows and doors have been changed, but the pillars are still there.
The view opposite the shop as reflected in the shop window has completey changed - once houseing, now builders merchants. But a double-fronted house, possibly similar, still exists further along Stratford Road.
