Hi peeps
my first post .
Can any one shed any light on the above family.James Powell. soldier born Ireland around 1800. Son Nicholas born abt 1826 in Ireland (miner) Married Elizabeth Sheldon 1819-1884 address as the knowle rowley regis. marriage in 1847.After marriage nicholas and elizabeth moved up north for work.My interest is James what is the knowle? what did he do?where did he go?Any brothers or sisters? Wifes name ?I have no further info on James. As he is my ggggrandfather i would love to find out more about him.
Any scrap of info greatly appreciated.
