were they twins?
are parents details shown.

Sadly Martha's death is registered as 05/01/1788

As they both have the same parents names, i,e, John and Mary Fellows, I suppose they could be twins.

sometimes, as I have found out in the past 2 family members have been christened on same day but 1 is 5 years older than the other.
 
As I have mentioned before the early records eg 1554-1822 at St Martins are basically just a list of names. There is no more information than what you already have.
