Bham Hall Marked Police Medal
Have found in my late mother in laws possessions a police medal that was hall marked in Birmingham in 1886 - 7. The manufacturers plate reads DCG. It was awarded to Gravesend (Kent) Police Sergeant Davies. The Weekly dispatch appears to be a Sunday paper. I cannot find the firm DGC. The photo shows it has a typical silver tarnish. Can anyone help identify the manufacturer?
