This Nechells pub is mentioned in various threads, but here it was the centre of attention for the temperance movement around 1914. At this time it was about to close down. Don’t know if it ever opened again, but it no longer exists.
Usually, after about 1940 most pubs are named in Kellys, but There is no Plough & Harrow pub listed in 1946,49 or 50, or after. So in this case it is not possible to say if it ever reopened
