It would be a miracle if anybody could restore this but I'd sincerely appreciate any attempts

A digital picture frame is a great way to display restored photos without worrying about prints fading over time. I’ve scanned and restored several old family pictures, and instead of reprinting them, I loaded them onto a digital picture frame. It cycles through the images, making it easy to enjoy them every day. It’s also handy for sharing pictures with relatives, especially those who aren’t comfortable using computers or smartphones.
