Recently started a blog to post up my family history research of the past 16 years. Includes a lot of Brummie families with a fair bit of Irish research too:

Includes local family names: Adderley, Clayton, Dwyer, Finn, Flynn, Lawlor, Millington, O'Hagan, Payne, Robinson and many many more. Lots of big Catholic families in my tree so there's plenty of material here.
