I would like to use a photograph from this forum in a presentation (non-paid) at the Library of Birmingham. I will, of course, credit the Forum but do I need to get permission from someone?
We are always happy for people to use material from the forum, though we do like to be credited. The original source of much is unknown, but where this is indicated then that should also be indicated . May I ask what the subject of your presenation is?
Thank you, Mike. It's part of an exhibition called "The World in one Place" and is about the history of multi-cultural education in Birmingham. I worked for the Educational Psychology Service and my first office was located at the former Victorian Police Station in Lozells Road, now demolished. It's a picture of that building I wish to use. I am grateful for permission to use it.
