can anyone please tell me what a pauper labour would be under occupations!!

and also what a tramp master (muni) is??

Pauper Labour as I understand is the occupation of the poor who work when they can (infrequently) and are in the care of a Workhouse.
There was a tramp master among the staff at Cheltenham Workhouse in 1881, according to this: https://www.cheltenham4u.co.uk/community/familyhistory_database6.asp , from which I assume the 'muni' means employed by the municipality (town council).
