Not heard of this bank before, but it once traded from Bennetts Hill at the junction with Waterloo Street. The building is still there today, with some chsnges; another storey has been added, the decoration on the level below has been removed and I think the entrance is different. The photo is thought to be c1904.
After many business changes throughout its history, the bank eventually became part of the National Westminster Bank Group in more modern times.
