Parkers Gt. Russell Street

I don't know whether this is the name you are looking for but there used to be a coal merchants in Clifton Road, Aston, by the name of Baglins.
I also think somewhere on the main site is a list of coal merchants in the 1940s if that helps.

Eddy Baglin now lives in Eversham he was still delivering coal the last time I met him around Alcester
his parents owned the business round about the time you are looking at he was in the same class as me at Upper Thomas Street school

The same family, their livery was green with gold lettering Eddy kept the same livery delivering aroun Alcester I would think he as probably retired now as he would be turned sixty five and he was having trouble with his pins (legs) he did say he was coming to the reunion bet he mnever turned up so if you are out there drop us a line
