Hi,
I have quite a few Paine family on my geneology files, births dating from 1800 to 1899.....
- William Pain b1834 on 1871 census living with William Allen and his wife Matilda (born Beard - from Chatwin line)
- Ann Pain b1801 (married Bayley, daughter married Granner - from Chatwin line) on 1841 census
- George Paine b1811, also crops up in another part of the Granner family lines.....as an ancestor in 1841.
I am looking for a Paine family line which will link between the Granner / Beard / Chatwin and Horton families, which I've been unable to find.
Census addresses range from Stoneyard, Aston, Deritend to Swallow st, Market Hall.
A lot of the births are registered St Martins...as are marriages.
A couple of the Paines go back to Northampton area.....
Any help would be appreciated from those of you that like puzzles, or have family ties!!!
