Outmoor Farm Sheldon

I found this entry in British-History.ac.uk. It refers to Outmoor Farm and a building ¼ mile west of Sheldon Hall (off Gressel Lane, Tile Cross).
I can't find anything else out about this building, I'm wondering if it has been demolished since this entry was made. Does anyone know anything about it? I wanted to ask Carl Chinn if he knew, but cannot find a contact for him. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

If you Google Outmoor Farm one entry is for Bill Dargue's site which suggests the farm went in 1960s as part of the house building in the area.
